Kfc - Saint Johnsbury

The service is extremely slow, and the staff in the dining area seem to overlook the customers. This is certainly not a fast food restaurant. I think the corporate office should take a closer look at this location.

The food was terrible; the chicken was raw and slimy, and the chicken littles were also undercooked. The tacos were absolutely disgusting. We ended up throwing everything in the trash.

Unfortunately, my experience with the management here was disappointing. When I brought an incorrectly fulfilled order to their attention, their response was dismissive. I didn't expect them to take my concerns seriously, acknowledge their mistake, or handle the situation professionally. Instead, they seemed to wield their authority inappropriately and even resorted to threats. It's truly unfortunate!

Terrible service , ordered then showed up to the rudest person answering phones at the KFC in St Johnsbury VT. Will never go there again. Prepaid, the waited in driveway for 15 minutes to find out pepaid quick pick ordered online goes thru the longestline with the worst service around. Will never come here again! Or any other KFC for that matter! Only gave one atar cause i hadto to leave this review
