Ordered online pickup. Our garlic knots were complete burnt with burnt garlic. No one likes that. My fries were so cold and soggy I had to throw them in the air fryer to make them edible. The wrap and salad we had were fine, but nothing to write home about. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I had to cancel my delivery order without any notification—no text or call from the restaurant. I only discovered it was canceled when I checked my email. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service. I had ordered dinner for around $20–30 per person, but the service was lacking. I would rate it a 1.
