Pizza Hut - Saint Johnsbury

Meal Type: Dinner Price Range: $10–$20 Food: 3/5 Service: 2/5 Atmosphere: 1/5 I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner, and overall, my experience was quite mixed. The food was decent, earning a score of 3 out of 5. While it wasn’t extraordinary, it was acceptable for the price range of $10 to $20 per person. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, with a rating of just 2 out of 5. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, which detracted from the overall experience. As for the atmosphere, it was disappointing, scoring only a 1 out of 5. The environment felt uninviting and lacked any charm. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a pleasant dining experience.

I can't say anything positive about the food or atmosphere, except that the staff genuinely seemed to be making an effort. The salad bar looked like a recipe for food poisoning. The employees informed us that there was no fried food available because the fryer had been broken for quite some time, and no one had come to repair it or replace it. The cheese bread appeared and tasted burnt, and the pizza seemed undercooked. When we requested a takeout box, the staff member said he couldn't give us one because he would get in trouble!

Food was good as always. Soda had no ice in it. Service was ok

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to, not sure who the owner is but they’re doing a terrible job. Place was SO dirty!! Bathroom was awful, sink was so dirty, toilet had feces on the wall and near the handle, floor was so sticky you could feel it and hear it. Felt disgusting even walking in there. I’m not huge on germs but that grossed me out and I didn’t want to touch anything. Dining room was dirty, doors, practically everything. Salad bar was basically empty. Glad I didn’t want any. Our server seemed to be on his own and did the best he could so I can’t be mad at that but our food didn’t even taste like normal Pizza Hut. I would bet if I had asked to see the pans, bet they’re not even properly cleaned because it tasted weird. I could tell when I told the manager how dirty it was that she didn’t care and it’s evident in the service and cleanliness. Totally disgusting. Only good Pizza Hut left around that I’ve been to is the one in Concord, NH. I wouldn’t set foot in here again if you paid me. Too bad cuz that means it’ll close down too with it staying like this.

Overpriced! The gluten-free pizza was barely the size of a pita pocket, and the salad bar was lacking in a variety of items.
