The rice was undercooked, the staff were not friendly, and I observed several health code violations among the employees, including wearing a sweatshirt around the neck and bracelets. Additionally, my bowl was not properly sealed and spilled in the bag, permanently staining my white shorts. I tried to contact the management to address these issues, but they never returned to the phone after putting me on hold.
The restaurant is always clean and fast, with polite staff. I'm not sure why people are complaining. If you wanted more rice, you should have just asked and they would have given you more.
I ordered a burrito and 3 cheese nachos. The nachos were disappointing as they seemed more like a bowl with rice and salad, lacking cheese. I tried calling the restaurant 4 times with no answer. Overall, I was not impressed with the lack of attention to detail and will not be returning for rice dishes.
I experienced food poisoning from Qdoba two days ago and about a year ago. Despite initially enjoying Qdoba after recovering from a previous bout of food poisoning, I unfortunately got sick again after giving it another try. I experienced severe vomiting, dizziness, and stomach pain all night after eating there. My 14-year-old son also ate at Qdoba recently and woke up the next morning with stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting. While there was one friendly employee who served us, we noticed that the workstation was dirty and the food supply was low. We ordered nachos and burritos, but we suspect that they may have been undercooked or the beans were bad. We have decided not to return to this location, as it seems to have deteriorated since our last visit. Qdoba, please make improvements to ensure the safety of your customers.
I ordered two children's orders of nachos at this restaurant. Each bowl literally had only 4 pieces of steak in it when I asked for a little more. The employee said I could get more steak but it would cost extra. I explained that I didn't want extra steak, just a decent portion. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was none available. I ended up paying anyway because my children wanted it and it was getting late. The restaurant really needs to improve its portion sizes and customer service skills and train their employees better.
