Contribuisci feedbackI've been to more than one Taco Bell, but this one on Belt in St. Jo is by far the worst. The person that attempted to take my order was rude and argumentative with me and managed to mess up what was a very simple order. When he handed me the wrong drink, and I asked for the one I had ordered, he rolled his eyes and acted as if it was my fault. He also failed to give me everything I had ordered, but by then I was just ready to go. The service was not only poor but very slow. Maybe they could have gotten orders out faster if they didn't stop to argue with customers.
Wish i could give negative stars, my boyfriend got 2 out of 7 items in his bag. came back and put him through a 45 minute wait just to get the rest. Made it seem like it was his fault that THEY forgot his food. Never coming back to this location if the service is going to be this bad.
Taco Bell as a whole does a good job making sure your order is right but I have more problems with the preparations. The tortillas are rubbery and I feel like it's from not warming them before serving.
Literally every time I go to this location they mess up my order. I ordered three things! Three! Two spicy potatoes soft tacos then a quesorito. And they just worded my quesorito. Idk if they just forget but like I was the only one there. And they missed one of my three things. Idk if they were like you know what this sounds good ima eat it but idk. Bad bad review from me. First couple times I was wondering like you know what it was maybe a mistake. But this is my fourth time being there and they messed up three of them!
4 people working the kitchen one on drive through and it's still taking 30 minutes. Seems to be the slowest fast food I've seen in a while. Food was underwhelming. One couple walked out after waiting 30 minutes after they ordered with no food
