Contribuisci feedbackTerrible food! Not as it was before they moved. Dried sausages. Dried egg and dried dessert. We have iceberg salad with a creamy sauce. Really disgusting. Nothing like the food we had before. Don't waste your time and money there. The new situation is terrible. They also use old pictures from the previous owners to promote their Cabane à sucre now. What a shame.
A few years ago I ate in the old tablee, and it was fabulous. This is good, but not so great. The ambience is fun and the dishes were delicious. We got a lot home. But the dessert was a great disappointment - a tiny... triangular sticky toffee pudding with a few crème fraîche, a piece of popcorn, and a little bit of bacon. It is still worth looking for a unique Quebec experience.
I think this cabane was taken a sucre to mont blanc. not the same experience or ambiente, in the round a large auditorium that serves weber and drill for $60 a teller. Don't do it!
Increased traditional sugar-taste food. A great atmosphere and service. The split peas soup, soufflé and sticky toffee pudding were incredible. Everything was carefully done and very well presented. Great beverage options- bacon Caesar was particularly good. The cartons are intended for remains - the proportions are very generous (and it is a multi-course Prix-fixed meal).
We visited La Tablee des Pionniers with a large group of 12. Got our spot reserves about a week before. They offer several menu options. Everything on the table is shared by dividing the group in small groups of 3-4 people. The portions are pretty...good but they could increase some of the portions like the dessert, and soups portions. They staff is very pleasant and friendly. Upon arrival for our reservation we barely waited 10 minutes to get our table. The reservation includes the access to the tire d’erable. The cabin and set up for it is small..could maybe accommodate 10-15 people at once. Overall we all loved our experience and even received free books from the team! We will be back next season!
