Santini - Saint Julian's

During a week-long business trip, I was delighted to come across this highly recommended restaurant. The establishment is elegant and tastefully decorated, with a kitchen that pays close attention to detail. The menu is varied, with each dish being carefully selected and exquisite. The chefs do not disappoint. The service is exceptional and the value for money is unbeatable. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant. I highly recommend it.

Our FAVORITE meal in Malta. There was literally nothing we would have asked about this meal in Santini: the food was AMAZING, the waiting staff was attentive, friendly and funny, the cook/owner came to visit, the atmosphere was chic/sexy/modern/romantic, and the wine was on point. Did I mention how amazing the food was? We started with Prosecco to delete the palate together with roasted Calamari as an appetizer. We ordered a bottle of Montepulciano for dinner as well as the Sous vide duck chest and prime rib beef along with grilled vegetables and a side salad. Everything was perfectly cooked and was so mouthwater. We finished the night with a tiramisu and espresso with Amaretto. We had our four years old with us and felt like we were regulars/family. Simone was a pleasure to have and we hope to return to Malta to see him and the staff of Santini. Salut!

Fish and seafood were great, very fresh and perfectly seasoned. Beautiful ambience and friendly staff.

Another great restaurant don't be put off by it being located in the cellar. Good service and good quality produce used in their dishes. Everything was fantastic.
