Try for a quiet Saturday evening with a practical and very good family I recommend without hesitation
I took a savoyard, already I had never seen raw ham on a savoyard since there are already the bacon in addition the raw ham and bcq too thick after the rest of the cheese patate and bacon, much too simple its lack of a small virgin oil with bear garlic for example. The dough was too hard on the edges as well as using my fine semolina like dominos but not like a real Neapolitan! Made pizza too salty no interest I didn't even eat a part...
Finally real pizzas made by a real pro!! This is the fourth I eat at pecorino and I return to it as soon as I pass on St Julien!! Ps: the dwarf is a slaughter!
The pizzas remain tasteful but the portions are decreasing more and more: the size of the pizza itself (still pass), the amount of garnish on some (the Mexican, it seems frankly that we have just drooped the dough of a soup spoon, go two, of prickly bologna very little supplied with meat). This has been an observation for a few months, at least at the distributor of St Julien. So, okay, there's the crisis... but it's gonna be redhibitory for me. I'll try again live at the counter, and if it's the same, I'll change cream, sorry...
