Here we have the chance to taste vegetables and meats only produced on site (possibly by the producers of the neighbouring villages for wine for example) a really well cooked meal with good fresh products and organic a warm welcome a good atmosphere famillialea possibility of vegetarian eating
We started this meal with a surprising (and very good) aperitif "flowing with overwater flowers" produced by a neighbouring farm. We also brought a few bottles, accompanied by small goat cheeses. then a mellow butternut soup, with small crusts and cheese. Then, a liver cake with semoule quenelles (ah! what a pleasure these flavors found from my Lyon childhood!). then a fruit crumble. all served with professionalism and great kindness. It was a good time of relaxation and satisfaction. Thank you.
Meeting with family and friends close to spend a simple and friendly meal. the dishes are made home and served as at home. a great address near lyon. the quantities could have been more generous. We've finished everything in the dishes! The dauphinois gratin was very good.
We eat well! It's okay, it's simple, the products have taste! salad leaves are thick, beef is melting, small edible flowers are delicious!
