Cafe Jounieh - Saint-Laurent

I like this restaurent.I have gone specialy for hukkah smoking.Very good service.Actually i am the first time customer.Atmosphere also enjoyable.All price of food are moderate.

If you would like to feel as if you are eating in an Egyptian cafe while you are still in Montreal, this is the place for you! This restaurant-cafe is a family owned and operated restaurant serving authentic Egyptian food. All the food offered and served is made on site and it is simply delicious, the kochara and the felafel are the best I have ever eaten. The desserts are home-made and are wonderful to eat, they are often served directly from the oven. If you want an alcoholic beverage, it is available but the mint tea is excellent with lots of real mint leaves. The decor is very simple, like the outdoor cafes in Cairo (very rustic) and if you eat outside you are watching traffic drive by, just like in Cairo! Shisha pipes (hookah/water pipes) are available and there are a whole variety of flavored tobaccos awaiting you, if this is something you want to try! I recommend this little ethnic restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy an exotic evening without having to stray to the Middle East.

A great tea place for relaxation on comfortable leather seating... Shishas are of the highest quality and service is excellent! They us natural charcoals to burn your shisha,,leaving a natural taste... Excellent menu for delicious sandwiches!

Cafe jounieh is a nice cozy lounge to chill and enjoy a nice shisha. The place was packed with people playing cards. The service was a little slow but it's understandable since it was crowded and the waiter was running all over the place. Would definitely go back !

Amazing food, great service, classy atmosphere and awesome hookah! Highly Recommended for friends or couples.
