Contribuisci feedbackColder weather Korean BBQ! We were in area, and chose Mon Ami. When we arrived, it was not very busy, service was good. The buffet menu shrank a little, but all the interesting items are still available. I felt this time the marinade tends to be alittle sweeter than usual. We still enjoyed the meal though, and they include fountain soft drink in the buffet price.
I ordered the ???? but they are one piece of ?? inside of soup this is kinding?and the chicken before frid should cut but they didn't I have been Korean in 7 years never eat korean food like that and I always go Mon Ami downtown branch of Montreal to eatthey don't have any problems just today I do something around saint Laurent so I went there(2022 July 25th 6pm) I will neverever go there again
Really disappointed! Not the same Menu with Mont Ami in downtown. I came to this restaurant yesterday, Sunday, because it nears my place. Did not so crowded, that I believe short of staff doesnt matter at all, but as I said, really disappointed. You giveyour customer only 2 hour but it takes forever to have food and always missed something that I had ordered. The meat came firstthen forgotten-vegetables came after?? 1. Free soft drink and lettuce not be shown on the Menu. You need to re-new your Menu. 2.Slow staff in hall not all of them, the Indian?! girl really fast and support if needed, but seem like she is the only one hasenergy) and feel like you have super slow staff in the kitchen. Im wondering if you have the manager? 3. Salmon didnt fresh. Theworst salmon ever tasted. 2 star for Indian Girl and good taste of the bulgogi beef and noodle. Again, with that price, I thinkI deserve better!
The buffet is very different from before, the taste is much worse, the tableware feels like it has been used for a long time, and the table and floor are very oily. A buffet that is not full, take-out may be good, but I don't try it.5min for eating and20min for waiting to change the bakeware
We ordered one whole sweet and spicy chicken #2) and one whole soy garlic chicken #3). I believe it was a fairly easy order, I clearly ordered for one #2 and one #3. When we got the order we picked it up and directly came back home. We opened the orderand it was one FRIED chicken #1) instead of the seasoned #2) that we ordered... I think it was probably an honest mistake wherethe cashier mispressed the button, since on the receipt it also says #1 and #3. We tried calling about 10 times in differenttimes and it went directly to voicemail. We decided to just make our own sauce and eat it, but were quite disappointed. When weordered about few months ago, they also have mistaken our order. We ordered normal seasoned chicken with bones) and we got aboneless sweet and spicy chicken. Is it maybe the change of owner/manager that makes them make more mistakes...? We used toorder take out from here for 5 years and it wasn't like this before. We also realize that they used to give pickled radish andsalad with the orders before, but now it's extra . Edit : the manager called me after this review. He was kind, we had a niceconversation and he explained to me that they had a new waitress today and he apologized. He delivered us sweet and spicychicken, and service dumplings and 2 beers on top of that as you can see in the photo! We understood one more time that it wasan honest mistake. We appreciated the call and are rectifying the review! We will definitely go back again. Thank you.
