Novotel Trio - Saint-Laurent

Our server, Rosie, was amazing. The service and conversation were great! Being from the United States, I was nice to be able to carry on a conversation with her in English. She is awesome!I would also highly recommend the poutine, and the breakfast was pretty good, too.

The restaurant does not offer an airport shuttle service as advertised. I recommend paying a little extra for another hotel that does offer this service. During our two-night stay, we spent an additional $150 on taxis. The room and staff were satisfactory.

Upon entering, we found the ambiance of the restaurant to be fantastic with dim lighting that created a cozy atmosphere. The music playing in the background was also excellent for the late hour. There was only one other couple there at the time, so it was very quiet. The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service provided by our server, Rosie. She greeted us promptly and was very accommodating. Despite only wanting a pitcher of beer, Rosie allowed us to sample a few options before making a selection. Unlike experiences at other restaurants where the service may stop after taking your initial order, Rosie went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience. Rosie's bubbly personality, attentiveness, and engagement truly made our visit one of the best we've had in a long time. Her dedication to providing excellent service is something that I greatly respect and appreciate. I would gladly return to Rivoli's anytime, thanks to Rosie's outstanding service. If I could, I would give Rosie a 10 out of 5 rating. Thank you so much, Rosie!

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow, with only one waitress working on a busy night. After waiting nearly 30 minutes to place an order, we complained to the waitress who then proceeded to speak negatively about us to other customers. We would prefer to take an Uber to a different restaurant than return here. Additionally, the prices are very high.
