There was a big sign that said "Open" in the front. Customers were waiting outside and I was asked if I was the owner, but I am not. There was someone answering the phone, but no explanation was given for the closure. I understand that there may be a staff shortage, but at least update your online information to let people know that you are closed on a Saturday for the World Cup.
This is by far the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The food is terrible, the kitchen is dirty, and they constantly rotate their products. The chefs don't even wash their hands after using the bathroom, especially the manager and cook, who are both rude and disrespectful. There is also a disturbing amount of racism present in this establishment. Overall, I do not recommend dining here.
This restaurant is a great spot to catch sports games. They have numerous monitors, including in the bathrooms, as well as a stand with monitors so you can watch the game comfortably. The food was tasty and the service was excellent during my visit for the end of the World Cup. The place was packed, with people even unable to get in and having to watch from outside. The bar selection was limited but the space was clean and roomy, with good sound and high-quality TV monitors.
We stopped for breakfast and ended with lunch. Not that the breakfast was limited, but it was 11 o'clock and lunch seems to appreciate more. Spacious restaurant with great service and food. Had the wings and the bacon poutins that were both delicious.
Usually expecting standard pub grub at these type of joints, I was surprised at the tastiness of butterfly shrimp dish. Well presented on a bed of noodles, I thoroughly enjoyed it. My associates and I were less than pleased with the slow and indifferent service...though. The server seemed to have forgotten about us a few times during our time there. We went to enjoy the Stanley Cup playoff game too. We counted 41 screens just at our end of the Station. No problem watching the game. Parking in the area is not too hard to find.
