Cafe La Vie - Saint Louis

We were at Cafe la Vie for the Thanksgiving buffet. The food was tasty and fresh, although it wasn't very hot, in fact cool. The ambiance was pleasant and modern, the service for drinks was slow, although servers attempted to be attentive, unfortunately not at the appropriate times. I would go back to try a meal from the menu next time.

In for a wedding- had some extra time and so we had some drinks and an app. The drink menu was pretty extensive and the small plate was very good! We had an excellent bartender- super personable and welcoming! It really made our stay at Le Meridien.

Celebrated a friend's birthday here and had the most wonderful experience! The food was great, the ambiance was nice, and the staff were spectacular. Many thanks to Ray who served us, you are the best !

Our entire experience was amazing at Cafe la Vie. We typically don’t write reviews however, my wife and I are from Kansas City and were appalled by the service we received on 10/27/23. Not to mention we came in right at closing time and the manger..I think his name was Elijah, even reopened the bar to accommodate our stay. We will be back!

We came for lunch after a spa day. Shay helped us decide what to order: the salmon sandwich, baked Brie, the stone fruit salad and fries, everything was delicious and fresh. The art deco decor is so fun!
