Contribuisci feedbackThe meat was quite disappointing. I tried the steak once and the lamb another time, and both were overly salty and dry. On the positive side, the drinks were good, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. However, the food definitely needs significant improvement. As for parking, there's an open lot adjacent to the building.
We did not eat, just came to check out the venue for a future destination. We enjoyed great **** marys and conversation with Ms Valencia. Beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend.
The ambiance is elegant yet welcoming. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. The food is absolutely outstanding! We both ordered steak with mashed potatoes; I chose asparagus as my side while my friend opted for carrots. I started with a Caesar salad while she had the watermelon and tomato salad, and she also indulged in a slice of carrot cake. Our steaks were cooked to perfection (medium rare) and were seasoned wonderfully. As a potato lover, I found the mashed potatoes so delicious that I wanted to savor every bite! The asparagus was enhanced by a delightful sauce that added the perfect touch of flavor. We both enjoyed our salads, and my friend was particularly thrilled with the caramel drizzle on her carrot cake. The lighting creates an intimate setting, even with the tables close together. There are various seating options available, including tables, bar seats, and comfortable sofas and chairs by the fireplace. It is a bit on the pricier side, but the food truly is exceptional!
When the manager finally came over, he informed me that since they had "fired the product," they couldn't replace it but could offer a 30% discount on the steak. I was also given the option to order another entree, which I declined. To add insult to injury, my inedible steak remained out of sight, while my husband took his meal to go. In a bizarre twist, the waitress even suggested we could take the steak home— which we did, straight to the dumpster in our garage. I have never encountered a 'medium' steak that was so tough to chew, and I was frustrated to be charged for such a poor dish. In summary, I advise eating at your own risk here. You’re much better off at Capital Grille, where your money is better spent!
I came here with very high expectations because I had been here two years ago and had one of the best steaks I have ever eaten.This time the steaks were so over cooked we had a hard time cutting them. We ate about half of the steak before just giving up. The potatoes were good but served lukewarm.When our server asked how it was I was honest and said the steaks were so chewy we couldn’t eat all of them. I feel at this point something should have been done to make things right but nothing was done. I was presented with my $200 check $235 with tip) and left VERY DISAPPOINTED. If you’re going to charge $48 per steak, it better be one of the best things I have ever had. This was a HUGE waste of some hard earned money.
