Imo's Pizza - Saint Louis

I'll call the wrong place to check a possible delivery. This place told me what to call. I called. Anyway, glad I did. The first time I ever had pizza from this company. It's definitely worth the call. The second location was ever helpful and helped me save money and get the best for my money. In any case, if I deliver to the warehouse, I was today. Very friendly and helpful staff at both locations.

Completely thin crust pizza. Very fast service for ordering on a Friday during lunchtime. Friendly staff, although the interaction was short. Had two special pizzas and they add them well and accurately. Had garlic bread, chicken wings (boneless), and parmesan balls. Everything was good. I'm new to Imo and to be honest, it felt like a very high end-frozen pizza. I'd eat it again, but it wouldn't be my first choice, especially at the price.

I ordered pizza for my students today and thought I’d treat myself to a good one. Unfortunately, the pizzas were dry and burnt, making it hard to tell what they were meant to be. The overall experience was disappointing, and I felt the city is filled with poor options. It seemed like they weren’t upfront about things either. The manager even asked to see my card for my order, which was frustrating. The customer service in this area is really lacking. I cannot recommend supporting this local business—it was a complete disappointment.

I can only say “wow,” as this experience was completely unacceptable. I’m visiting St. Louis and was looking forward to enjoying a vegetarian pizza with just mushrooms. However, what I received was far from that. The pizza was completely burnt, lacking both cheese and sauce, and it had very few mushrooms. I can’t believe that any restaurant would serve something like this to a customer. I strongly advise against visiting this place—you will regret it. It was simply terrible.
