Jimmy John's - Saint Louis

If I could give these 0 stars, I would. Nothing irritates me more than if a store says it and they are not. It's not even 1 o'clock and they say it again open until 2 o'clock and yet the shop is not open.

Good food, but new chicks on the drive thru is super rude. I order here again after she fired or anger stopped. #Trash

Customer service is usually very mediocre. I?m often greeted at the drive thru with a ?What do you want?. I can honestly say my order is accurate 10% of the time (I just order a sandwich, no complicated alterations). I actually don?t mind though because due to the inaccuracy I?ve actually been able to try some different sandwiches that I wouldn?t have normally tried! Just a heads up to check your order before leaving the lot if you?re a picky eater!

This location made the best JJ sandwich ive ever had from any location in Missouri. And i frequent them often. Bread was FRESH and portions were just right. Friendly staff. 6 stars out of 5.
