Mcdonald's - Saint Louis

I understand that this McDonald's often receives negative reviews, but I've been visiting for three years, and every time, the food meets my expectations. It's always hot and fresh. Of course, it's McDonald's, so don't expect gourmet cuisine—just enjoy your burger. Additionally, this location is clean.

The service was quite lackluster and unprofessional. They consistently get the orders wrong, and the staff's attitudes leave much to be desired.

It really depends on when you visit. The staff can be friendly, and while the food isn't anything extraordinary, it's not the worst I've had either. I've experienced better meals, but what I appreciate most is the people here.

The food was hot and fresh, they did a good job when it comes to, but the waiting times were about 20 minutes through the drive dru that I thought was a little unacceptable I think they are under staff and they need to pick up the pace likely need to rent more people that they were very nice, although so different from the speed they have made a pretty good job, I am overall satisfied enough time I had enough time to take off.

Meh this use to be a good location. But not so much anymore. Just unable to get order right.
