Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Saint Louis

We waited an hour for our chicken order. They had spicy chicken available, but they ran out of mild. The staff seemed uninterested and worked at a sluggish pace. One colleague's service was particularly poor. On a positive note, the red beans and rice were very good. However, the atmosphere was lacking, and the overall service was VERY SLOW.

This place is ridiculously slow, they've cancelled multiple delivery orders on me. In person the wait can be more than 30 minutes. I love Popeyes food but it's not worth it.

This location is the best! Use their app to place your order to speed up the process. We pulled forward, picked up our order and were on our way.

What a disappointment! I really wish they offered a better chicken option! The chicken portion size never changes, and it looks like it came from a Cornish hen. The biscuits were also incredibly dry! Seriously?

We're currently sitting in this Popeyes drive-thru for the second time. We tried to pick up our mobile order 20 minutes ago. Initially, they didn't have any mild chicken ready. Then, when they finally found our order, we were missing a quantity of fries and a cookie. After another 10 minutes, the fries finally appeared (see attached photo of the small size). Charging $2.89 for that is just absurd. Overall, I will not be returning to any other Popeyes. I'm convinced that their operations are quicker than the service we experienced here.
