Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Saint Louis

The management at this restaurant leaves much to be desired, as the manager seems to take on all the cooking responsibilities. There's a cashier who tries to assist customers, but there is also a staff member who doesn't seem to contribute at all. While the team does their best under pressure, there are still many patrons waiting for service.

The drive-thru was closed again, as usual. My order of 10 pieces was cold, and while the other sides were warm, it was surprising since the store wasn’t overcrowded. I can’t understand why they would serve cold food. It seems the quality has declined for the prices they charge.

I didn't really want to go to this restaurant. I had already visited two other places, but they were both closed. This one is about a mile from my home. They never get my order right. I bought a meal for dinner, even though I stopped by around lunchtime because I needed to get to work. I had a voucher for ten pieces for $20 and another for two pieces for $8. Instead, they gave me four legs, three wings, and three thighs. I wanted to call them because my wife only eats white meat. That’s why I usually try other places; they never seem to get it right. It's always a disappointing experience.

In the mobile app counter ordered speed process would not be. Waited for over 20 minutes without polite water or drinks offer because it was quite hot inside. Then not requested the mixture of chicken. Red bean and rice large container was not filled.

The prices are off the chain for chicken! For the last 3 months they had no other choice of drink but sweet tea! They're always out of wings! Plus one time I was given a half eating chicken sandwich, which I should have took a picture of! The owner or management needs to step their game up, and focus more on customer service because that's what pays their bills!
