I tried the tamales and found that, aside from the cheese and jalapeño, the other two were dry and lacking in flavor. However, the refried beans were delicious and our server was very attentive. I have had tamales from various restaurants and homemade ones across the country, but these did not meet my expectations. Another person at the table had the potato enchilada, which was decent but could have used more flavor. I would be willing to come back and try other menu items, as I am a fan of tamales and was hoping for a great experience, but only found it to be average this time.

The food was excellent! The guacamole, chips, and salsa were fantastic. The atmosphere was very nice!
