Racanellis New York Pizzeria

Super unsatisfactory customer here. To say, the service at the central west end location is subpar it is as beautiful as I can. I am a construction worker who works outside everyday life and has a strict lunch schedule, but every time in a while I get pampered, thought that was one of these days BOY WAS I WRONG! So, I started calling the place to place an order, the lady who answered the phone was short, huffy, and just rude. I put my order and she said we couldn't make a party until 11:30. So I said it's good that I won't be there by noon. She took my order for 1 Stromboli. So the lunch break rolls around 12:05 and I'm 5 min. I hit my feet to get up there. When I arrived, I waited in the line when I came to the checkout, she said possible in her rude voice when I gave her my name WE HAVENT EVEN STARTED THAT... GONNA is 10 MINUTES we can get it in the ovens. This time I was in my 30-minute lunch. I calmed down all that I can say is thank God for taco bell lmao I will never visit again to say the least

We dissatisfiedly ordered the pizza and the wings to pick up at 11:30 am at 2:30 pm. We arrived at 2:30 and were informed that the pizza would take 7 minutes. Okay, no biggie we thought we loved Rcanellis. 5 minutes after they had informed us that our casual wings were sold out, okay whatever, but we could not get a refund and were offered in wings (we paid for unpaid). So far I haven't thought twice about what I really got that she gave us our pizza at 14:55 (I'm sorry, but I ordered these 3 hours before); and the cherry was above that the chicken wings lubricated like old chicken (you know when you grab chicken and into the microwave after 1 day in the fridge, this kind of taste). I love Racanelli?s, I will not come back to this place, it is sad given the first-class situation and the great product that they carry in the other place.

I enjoy their pizza, but the last time they jumped on the blows. They charge $1.50 for each topping on their 10 pizzas. We ordered Italian sausage, onions and green peppers. Couldn't see the onion, spicy sausages and could only see spots of green paprika on about 3 pieces.

I have the 18-inch deluxe and my goodness, it was not disappointed. Step in every bite. Authentic large foldable discs. All that was missing was the oil that driped from pepperoni. Well worth the price and waiting.

Staff were absolutely terrible. We were the only ones in there and even though they saw us they just all stood in the back carrying on their conversation. We literally had to stand there 15 minutes just to pick up our order (that was already done and just sitting there). They were rude as could be, acting like we were inconveniencing their conversation. And when they finally did bring it out they didn't even give me the extra sauces I paid for and tried arguing with me about it. I usually only give good reviews but this was just a terrible experience and I won't be coming back to this location for expensive sub par food and some of the worst customer service possible ever again.
