Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I had a birthday. My friend asked our waiter to sing or the free birthday Dessert and nothing to do. Always had to ask for refills on their bottomless fries and drinks.

I had wonderful experiences with Red Robin, (before-Covid Sadly this time (and this place I was less than enthusiastic. At first there was a line when half the restaurant had no full tables. (In my opinion, it is the lack of personnel that has been discussed. Second (wait in the line, I had to use the toilet room. The first stable I tried was stuffed. the other floor had no toilet paper. I told the hostess on the way back. We ordered and recieved our food, and their idea of groundless fries has changed to 11 fries on a plate, and you can after more at the end of the meal (which was a 4/5 I went to use the bathroom at the end of the meal and the bathroom was still in the same situation when I left it. I had to go to the gas station over the street. I miss Pre-Covid RR. I miss Pre-Covid everything...

Only half of the restaurant was open for dinner, with only one waitress. It took a while until someone showed up and put our name on the list, and we waited a while longer because only a dining area was open. We had tried to come before 5:00 on a Friday night and after waiting for a host for 5 minutes, she told us that they would close early for the night. However, the food was good and came faster than expected!

It was my first time, and I guess my expectations were too high. Burger was boiled accordingly, but the egg above was boiled to the point is basically like a hard boiled egg on my burger. Don't they know that the point of the egg is all that, what is casual? Also, they up about 15x more mayonnaise than anyone would ever want on a burger. Fries were very good, and the waiting staff did an admirable job considering that it looked like a server was responsible for the entire dining room.

Our server Ben was great. He was very attentive and polite. The onion rings are always outstanding and the cinnamon donut tower is worth a try. This location is doing great considering the whole restaurant industry is so short staffed. All the employees helped run our food, drinks and kept checking on us.
