St. Louis Bread Co. - Saint Louis

Order from this place on 11/29/22 at 6:15 o'clock, online for in caffe pickup, got around 6:28 o'clock location to pick up and door was locked and no one inside. I called at 7 o'clock to see if I could get a refund and no answer, came back at 7:30 o'clock and they were only open for the day. they asked about my order and everything they said was that they hired every one that came before they opened. I called tonight to see if it was canceled and what? manager said she couldn't look up my order and call the next day. my asking? is why is their online order system working if no one is ever there to make it, and why did I get an email saying my order was ready 10 minutes after I placed it when no one was again doing it?

Consistently poor service, less food, stale food, etc. in Thai place. Soups undefined, dozens of bagels rock hard and simply thrown into the brown bag, without even in the plastic bag, do not get ready, etc.

I love Breadco when I worked, I went very often, not so often. The food and the atmosphere were great as always. What troubled me was the young man who took orders. He was either sleepy or unstoppable for some reason. He always messed up orders, even after I told him my order, I still didn't get exactly what I ordered.

The staff is super friendly and always welcoming! You go out the way to make sure you are happy. They accidentally forgot one of my side pockets when I mentioned this, they apologized and even gave my daughter a cookie!

Great service. Took Extra care to keep my food safe from cross contamination?to keep it gluten free. Friendly and fast. Thanks awesome team at this location.
