By driving through, they accused me for someone else's order, the more expensive was then mine, I asked the woman on it, she took my card back said she repaired it, I asked again to make sure it was fixed and asked for a recipient, she said it was fixed and receiver was in pocket. When I came home, I found no receipt and checked my bank account and she didn't turn the fees she promised. I spoke to managers today to correct this. Manager was so rude, said there was nothing she could help me. I told her the night that it happened, she said she was there the night and nobody asked her to undo any charges. I told her that the evidence was that the woman didn't reverse the charges as he promised she would. She said she wouldn't help me and there's nothing she could do. I told her you could pull the transactions from night and she refused to do so. I told her she's probably busy having employees who lie and don't know how to properly load the customers, she said she trusts their staff over me. I told her I would report to BBB and write what happened to Google's assessment and that they would lose my business and she said she didn't care. Wow customer service is dead.
I would give it a 3 because of the freshness of the food. Everything was there, including 2 items I did not ask for and did not realize I was charged until I got home. My fault for not paying attention more. The lady working was very nice and I had no quarrels. Just repeat the orders back to customers so there's no mix up.
They literally turn the lights out 2 hours before they are supposed to close just to look closed cuz they don?t want to work. I put in an order on door dash and they accepted my order but wouldn?t give it to the dasher because they were ?closed?. I one answered the window even tho it was 9:30. Imagine the money this location loses the company. They do this allllll the time. It?s a shame. So much for Late night munchies.
Sort of wish that there are portions were a little bit bigger with their tacos and burritos had to go back and order more cuz we were still hungry but the customer service was really great
I never understand why I thru in the only car in the car drive and I have to wait until you take my order. I waited almost 20 minutes from the time I woke up until she was ready to take my order only to say I had an order on the app?. Eight cars were behind me and landed on the way!
