West End Bistro Stl - Saint Louis

The restaurant was closed. this should be removed from opentable. apparently someone does not make their homework to know that the restaurant is open or closed permanently

Lo and behold, we had received a confirmation for the reservation, but when we arrived there we found the restaurant closed with shades that were pulled over the windows, and where we were in the position to see it seemed that there were no tables, chairs or anything. a map search to make sure we were at the right place, led to a statement that the location “precisely closed”.

Bro, I made a reservation after my conclusion and the place was simply not open.? as I tried to call and it went straight to voicemail, we tried to get in, all doors locked. When I saw the windows, I didn't even see tables or chairs. I was very confused? I'm really angry because I was happy to celebrate with my family.

The food wasn't great, seafood was overcooked and dry. The appetizers were served after the main course. Our server wasn't sure if he was covering our table and checked with us infrequently; they were not busy. The decor was a mess. It seemed like the place has had several owners and they keep adding incongruent items. They still have some Christmas decorations up in May (and they were faded). Not a great experience.
