Veranda - Saint-Luc

In september we served a lunch in the restaurant chez ida, which is part of the grand bella tola hotels. we took them back and it was beautiful. this coupled with an excellent service and an incredible atmosphere that they return to the early 1900s. highly recommended for a romantic stay! the only part is the difficult mountain road to get there. it brings it at least 30' of Sierre and the road is extremely narrow. it is part of this unique experience.

Even if they stay in the hotel bella tola, they are strongly recommended to book a table for dinner (if they want to eat there) in the restaurant because the place is very popular, especially at the weekend. they have the choice of...a la carte and the set dinner menu, the set menu gives them three options, a vegetarian, for each cursor. the weeping list is a bit complicated, it contains a huge recording for every single wee, which is brilliant if they want to read on the weeping, but a bit of a phaff, if they want to meet a choice after they want to get for their meal. here is the owners coming into a league of their own, their recommendations were fantastic! he is also a very successful sommelier, but she certainly had the edge on him when we enjoy two wonderful evenings in the beautiful veranda. we also want to make a point about the incredibly professional, attentive and friendly staff!

This is an old favorit (in bella tola hotel), but it seems to have bought a new cook since my last visit. the result was that we had a really wonderful meal imaginatiw, well balanced and super boiled. I can especially recommend the...cream brulee with foie gras.

We reserved 2 days before we left saint luc in restaurant from hotel bella tola. enjoy our last evening in and excellent restaurant and we where we are looking foreworth all week to eat here. when we arrived in the rest of the world, they did not find. our reservation and said they'd help us and kick us out. all other places where fully booked. we went back to the apartment and only ate what we could find, as it was our last night and all the shops where closed. we are outraged that there is no profissionalism and they, where only very rude. we were reserved and they confirmed that we had a table for 5 people and a baby. I don't understand how a top restaurant can just lose a reservation and be very rude about it. how we lie or something. we all say that there are much better alternatives here in saint luc. with the same eating, but much better service and courtesy.
