The Baba in the special rum of Saint-Malo? I didn't know. Idea of Chief Luc Mobihan, the address is worth the detour. Classic with the rum of Marie-Galante and the vanilla of Madagascar or more original (dry/orange triple, whisky/café, calvados/cannelle, limoncello/citron, amaretto/cerise or pastis/reglisse) all are excellent and everyone will find his favourite. Welcome with a smile, a tasting, tips... don't miss this stage during your visit to the city of corsaries!
A very original idea! I loved the Limoncello version. A lot of taste, fresh biscuit, not too strong in alcohol, perfect little!
