Great time at Bluewater Bay playing golf The course was in great shape Compared to the Destin courses, this is a great money saving option.

Course was not in very good shapeFor $45 I expected much more.

Restaurant stunkFood was OK, but service was worse than horrible.

I was staying in a nearby hotel and had never been to a La Pataterie before so I thought I'd give it a go. I quite fancied a jacket potato too - so it seemed like an ideal choice.When I went in, the waitress was doing something at the bar. She asked if I wanted a table for one and then carried on doing whatever she was doing. A little while later, I was shown to my table.I ordered a Forestiere jacket from the set menu. When it came, the sauce was glutenous and pretty cold, as was the jacket potato itself. I explained to the waitress that it was cold and she took it away to warm up. When it reappeared, it had gone from cold to slightly warm. I couldn't be bothered to ask again so I ate it. As it was tepid, I ate it quickly in the hope that I would be able to enjoy some of the tiny bit of warmth in it before it went cold again - that gave me indigestion. Or it could have been the sauce which, as I mentioned before, was glutenous. The potato itself wasn't great (leaving aside that it was cold). It was just the wrong sort of potato for a jacket potato - the flavour was poor but that could have been made worse by the fact that it had clearly been reheated. At no point did the waitress or anyone else make even the slightest apology for the food being cold.The bread rolls that came with the meal were nice.The coffee wasn't bad.Possibly one of the worst meals that I have ever had in France. I'm giving it a two out of five. I have no idea why - maybe I'm just in a generous mood. Maybe I'm grateful that they could make a coffee. Maybe I just think that places have to be actively awful to get a one.Would I come back here? No. Would I come back here if everything else was closed? No.Cold food. Poor service. Not terrible coffee.

We enjoyed an excellent meal the service was quick the waiter polite and the meal very nice. The restaurant has a good atmosphere and very clean
