Le Benetin - Saint-Malo

We were in the apartment next door and went to lunch. the fish of the day was divine, my man got the menu of the day with suppe, salmon and dessert for dying. the service was impeccable. it was so good that we, two nights later came back to dinner! it is on the higher side in the pricing, but what they would expect for a restaurant this caliber.

In this restaurant stopped while walking along the coast. it has a magnificent view of the water and is very spacious with a clean and modern feel. eating was fantastic. I started with a tomato salad that tastes fresh. insults. a local fish was perfectly cooked as a main dish. salted caramel ice-winning surface from a fantastic lunch. the weather was a bit cool for eating out, but it's easy to see how it would be fantastic on a warm summer day.

This was our third visit in this extraordinary restaurant. the courts were so kreatiw and delightful as before with taking out the rather minimalist complementary amuse bouche, which was a single tiny mini croaturque monsieur inspired creation.) unfortunately the waitress who took our order spoke so quickly and without considering that franzosen was not our first speech. it was impossible for us to fully understand the menu, especially dishes of the day, and although we have asked several in French we did not get clear explanations and had to make a bad replacement for specialized culinary explanations on google translate.) we had to guess what exactly we ordered and were not given an opportunity or time to ask for more help. I was left with the impression that the waiting staff wanted to finish the service. our first order for aperitifs lasted almost 15 minutes to arrive and an application to a second carafe water never materialized.
