I don't forget the birthday cake no fresh and the chocolate cake forgotten ... Let's still recognize a few positive points: good but insufficient eights given the number of guests, excellent meat and a mini brioche with the foie gras pan... damage that the quantities have been undervalued Bravo also to the only cook in place since 7H all alone in kitchen that has not even been seconded economy, economy.. and to Anthony the waiter in room also for 60 people!!
