Subway - Saint Marys

This Subway location is lacking in quality compared to others. The service is abysmal, with employees who are often rude and visibly annoyed when customers come in. It's best to avoid dining here and choose another restaurant if possible.

Do not waste your money on this restaurant. We have travelled across the United States and have always received the same quality sandwich at Subway, until now. The bread was stale, and our order was missing meat and condiments we asked for. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we will not be returning. We will drive further and try another place instead.

I drove into the empty parking lot and walked into an empty Subway restaurant to pick up my online order. The male employee behind the counter did not greet me and instead asked if the person in the car outside was handicapped. I was taken aback and told him it was none of his business. Despite being a handicapped individual myself, he insisted it was his concern. I requested my sandwich and was told to sign for it. After signing, I expressed my dissatisfaction with his behavior and asked for the manager's name to file a complaint. He gave me her name and told me to go ahead. I will not be returning to this store again.

I have only visited this restaurant twice. The first time, they were out of steak for their steak and cheese sandwich. How can a place not have the ingredients for the items they sell? On my second visit today, they were out of Italian herbs cheese bread. I waited in line for about 10 minutes only to discover they didn't have it. A simple sign could have informed customers about this. It's surprising that a place that supposedly bakes fresh bread daily runs out of it. There seems to be only one visible employee whenever I visit. This restaurant could benefit from hiring another person who can ensure they have enough supplies for the week and someone who can monitor the bread supply more effectively.

The food was excellent! I have visited this restaurant 5 times. However, the wait for the food can be a bit long. You could easily run to the liquor store, buy a pack of beer, and be back before your food is ready.
