Red Lobster Saint Matthews

Meal for 4 was $198 in front of top with only 2 people getting crab. The other two got fried shrimps and salmon. Crazy expensive with very average tasting food. Disappointed and this kind of money will not be returned for nothing special at all. Service was very good.

The service was excellent and I sat fast and served. I ordered the Friday fish speciality and was very satisfied with the quality up to the fish and the frits. It was nice that after some delivery orders the frits were again in a higher quality than in not asggy but crunchy as expected. The fish was nicely fried and the dough makes it all crispy on the outside, but moist and tasteful on the inside. I noticed that it was slightly hard at one end of the big piece of fish (also again normal and as big as I would expect from them). Otherwise the food was pretty good and I would order it again. Sweet tea hit the place.

Now I know why it had been so long since I've been to Red Lobster. Slightly above average, but high priced food. Our waiter was blase acting.

One if my favorite places to dine in Louisville. Really good food at a very fair price.
