1st experience in this restaurant for Christmas Eve. A unique menu. I went out with a mixed feeling. There is obviously nothing to say about the quality of the dishes served and the perfect kitchen. But I was surprised by the associations in my opinion not relevant as the poultry filled with blue lobster. The lobster flavor was completely masked by poultry. We really think the goal was to put the lobster on the menu. Even for mustard cheese truffled with pears. I don't think so. The dessert also disappointed me, not by its taste (the logs were excellent) but by its presentation, a simple slice served in the plate. I also found the drinks a little expensive for the young wine, except the Sauternes. In summary, a good cuisine but a doubtful choice

Very good time, welcoming staff and listening. Cuisine I would describe as traditional. The dishes are tasteful, generous and with a lot of fineness. The frame is simple but distinguished. We took the tasting menu in 7 services, and we chose you between several dishes. This is not usual, I like to be guided (to not say forced) by the inspiration of the leader. I would've liked one more originality per moment but dinner and evening was perfect. Thank you, I highly recommend.
We spent a very pleasant time, a welcome and a boy who explains the dishes with great kindness. The products worked with delicacy not to denaturate, subtle blending of ingredients. We will return with pleasure to taste the cuisine of this chef, who would deserve a second star.
