Caribou Coffee - Saint Paul

This staff has there stuff together! We have 3 caribou coffee locations that are closer to our house but they cant seem to make a caramel high-rise. The customer service is phenomenal, the environment is welcoming, and (most importantly) the coffee is made correctly every time. Thank you to the staff for all the care you put into every order and for making sure that everyone on ypur team knows how to make the drinks on the menu accurately. You guys ROCK!

I loved the scented of coffee and Caribou Coffee is my favorite thing to drink and the shop is really close to my house

The staff is wonderful! They are always respectful and happy! Not all hero's wear capes!

While I am not a big proponent of large chains their product is consistent and good from site to site.

My six year went into the Caribou and the workers were so kind to him! The cashier was kindly making suggestions just because my six year old son nor I knew what to get! The workers knew what would be good for my son! My son tried the coffee less cookies and cream cooler! He took one sip and said, “mom! This is so good! This is definitely out of my league!” I have no idea where he learned how to talk like this but I was happy that he didn’t waste money! It was the customer service that made the difference!
