Jimmy John's - Saint Paul

This is the only fast food restaurant where I was where they were out of something. Also, do not interfere with delivery if you plan your order before time. I waited for 1.5 hours several times and worked half a mile away. When I write it, it's there when it's expected. The lesson learned, but in no case delivers to the crazy fast promise/slogan.

Do not call this place if you want your food to be delivered. They are anything but fast and always use the apology that they have only one driver. It seems to be a constant problem for them. The last couple of times I ordered the delivery an hour.

Last time I ordered, we asked ourselves three times where our food was and got excuses for excuses. The manager called us two hours later that they can't ease our food. Then we said we had loans for free delivery and sandwich in which we never get. You tried again today and forgot our chips in which the driver answers? I don't know what to tell you to call the store? If I could give a negative rating, I would!!! TERRIBLE customer service. Will NIE order again from this store!!!!

Food is always good. The music is switched off. If you cannot speak in a normal tone to order, and they do not hear, then it is time to turn it off.

I usually order delivery once or twice a week. My order has always been correct, fast, and everyone whom has delivered my food has been really nice. Wish I could recall the guy's name who takes my deliveries around noon every Tuesday. He's great!
