Contribuisci feedbackI love Hearthside . I hope they open up again . This is the second pizza place that closed on me. It took a long time for me to find pizza that my whole family loves . The flavor is great and the crust is perfect not hard and crisp . I'm sad to hear about it closing I'm a good customer of theirs so I hope they reopen .
This place has serious meaning to me. Not only is the pizza and service legendary and amazing, but it is a family legacy as well. My grandmother Grace worked there as a server for many years in the 70s and 80s, and many family reunions have been enjoyed helmed by my father in law, as it was his mother who worked there.Grandma Grace passed away in 2010, and my father in law John passed away in 2021 during the pandemic. I consider it also a family member. I read that they are closed until further notice. I really hope that isn’t a permanent thing!
The awful young man that you had working there for you on Thursday was rude! Mean, sarcastic, unprofessional as can be. I understand from his clear anger towards me and my husband that he was the only one working at the time.. but it did not give him permission to treat us rude on the phone while we ordered (we over looked) then again when we came to pick up our order... order was not done, we asked if we could help and he replied YEAH! Get the hell out of here! I then cancelled our order at which time he took the order ticket down and said GET Out of here?We drive a long way in town!Not acceptableSchuellers
Since I was a little girl, Heartside pizza has always been a wonderful restaurant. The food is very delicious ?
During my visit, I faced several unfortunate situations that could have been easily resolved with a bit of professionalism and basic courtesy. Firstly, the employees seemed uninterested and disengaged from their customers, as if they were simply going through the motions without any genuine care for the patrons. When I went to the counter to place my order, the staff member not only failed to respond effectively but also appeared visibly annoyed by my simple questions about the menu. Their dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome and unvalued as a customer. It’s crucial for any business, particularly in the service industry, to treat customers with respect and attention, which was unfortunately absent at Hearthside Pizza. Additionally, when my order finally arrived, it was incorrect and not what I had requested. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, the staff member reacted with impatience and even tried to blame me, claiming that I had given them the wrong order. Their lack of accountability and refusal to address the issue only added to my frustration. As a paying customer, I believe that exceptional customer service should be a priority for any business. Unfortunately, Hearthside Pizza did not meet this expectation. The unprofessional and rude behavior I encountered made me question whether I would ever return. I hope that the management at Hearthside Pizza takes this feedback to heart and recognizes the importance of training their staff to provide courteous and attentive service. It’s essential for them to tackle these issues and ensure that future customers have a more positive experience. In conclusion, based on my experience with the unprofessional and rude customer service at Hearthside Pizza, I cannot recommend this establishment. I hope they take the necessary steps to improve their service standards and win back the trust of their customers.
