Contribuisci feedbackCame here for a fast burger and to use the restroom. the food was ok, but the service was terrible and the girl who commanded me told me two words without eye contact. the bathroom was also out of seism. I will not come back and I am not a person who gives up so easy to place. the hope that they turn around, and they are able to meet employees who want to be there.
Dajeah was so nice and friendly and made me welcome even though the load was closed in 10 minutes. I felt bad for coming close, but she assured me that it was okay and took care of me and gave me a great hospitable experience. she was very positiw and bubbly and took my order with great accuracy and read everything back to me to make sure I got everything right on my order. I would definitely come back because of the food (temperature and taste was good) and because of the amazing gastronomy she gave me. I had a bad day at work and just needed some food after a long day and she turned around my night. If you can talk about it, tell her she's great and I appreciated it.
On Saturday stopped, I was 5 min from where I needed to be with 15 min to save, went in the drive through and sat, I finally ordered, and finally in the window, I would have canceled my order and just give me a coffee, I paid from an breakfast meal, got into the next window, I got my coffee, then told me to get on the right side I know most places are short staff and these children were probably the best they could, but I will not be back
Order 2 six pieces. only get one, went back to the second and there were only 5 in the box. I did not check the first box before I give it to my child, it is missing one because he usually only eats 4 and he ends his box quite quickly. they were also very amusing to see the reception and had to study it to see that they were 2 six pieces of it. yes I had a bogo credit from the app and technically only paid for one, but still I expected 12 nuggets all together. bad experience at this place.
Beyond frustrating trying to order at drive-thru. Might be good for management to listen in on these orders from time to time. Woman who took my order was arguing about a substitution that is allowed at every other McDonalds (even the cashier agreed it was allowed). Then she starts adding random items onto my order screen that I never ordered. It's not likely we'll be back.
