Saturday evening (on Sunday morning) at 12:30 o'clock, not busy. ordered thru the app, got my food, parked and checked that my nuggies were missing. drove back thru to get her that came with a free apple cake. then to my cheeseburger to find out it had no cheese!? the packaging even cheeseburger said! I did nothing about it, but I paid extra for salat and tomato (which was on it), and decided to eat only the burger meat and the top halves with very little scavenging. at least the nuggies and the free apple cakes were warm!
We had to go back through the line because they forget an important element. then we came home and 3/3 big macs were done wrong. it is a
Wonderful service! the young man had a choke with a spicy! speedy, I like it. Go on. overall the lobby was quite clean.
I like mcdonalds, but there is a dame manager in this industry that I think is very rude. she can't say when people make a mistake or play it on purpose. I have adjusted my order after I have ordered from a car by (I understand that it may sometimes be annoying), but the lady manager almost yelled at me because I have changed my order. they also gave me the wrong sauce, and when I told them about it, she was very angry. I feel very guilty and it triggered my anxiety and depression and it made me feel very sad and worthless because I couldn't stop accusing myself. I wish she just said something like going through the drive again or come with ease inward. it is the next mcdonald’s at my place and every time I go there, I wish I would not meet them.
This location specifically is a high volume location, yet they close earlier than the next closest location. The drive thru seems to get the orders correct more often than any other McDrive thru I have used previously. For that, I give this location 4/5. I have never been inside, so this review pertains to drive thru only.
