I had heard a lot about Portillo's and was excited to finally try it out. I'm happy to say that it definitely lived up to my expectations! The service was fantastic and the food was delicious.

I am thrilled that Portillo's has arrived! I highly recommend trying the beef sandwich dipped with double hot peppers.

At the restaurant for pickup only to find that our order was not prepared. After waiting for an additional 20 minutes, we were finally able to get our food. The quality of the food was good, but the lack of organization and efficiency was disappointing. With the current situation, restaurants should prioritize improving their online ordering process to prevent further issues like this.
