When my favorite deli closed in the food court (the Nectary), I needed to find a new spot to satisfy my cravings for sandwiches, wraps, salads, and soups. Skyva has fit that need perfectly! They offer a wide variety of options, and everything I've tried has been great. They also have several daily specials. Today, I enjoyed the Cuban Special, which came in a pita wrap filled with delicious pork, ham, and provolone. I'll definitely be ordering that again. My usual choice is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The staff is always friendly and quick to serve.

I checked out the reviews and had to experience it for myself. The soup sounded amazing on this cold, blustery Thursday morning, so I ordered the Chicken Poblano Bowl and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich to go. Both were excellent choices! The soup was flavorful, rich, and absolutely delicious! The sandwich hit all my taste buds and then some. Brandon and his family (as seen in the picture) prepared this tasty food from scratch, even though it wasn't quite their opening time yet. They are genuinely wonderful people. I can't wait for Mac Cheese Friday next!
