It seems like these staff members aren't interested in working! I feel sorry for the regional manager, as his employees are likely causing him to lose out on revenue.
I visited the restaurant, and the staff member who helped me seemed uninterested and had an attitude. When someone reminded him to wear his hairnet, he responded by saying that no one had mentioned it to him before and that he had never had his hair fall into the food. He even mumbled some curse words under his breath. I don’t mean to be harsh, but that experience really stood out to me. I just picked up my order and left quickly, mainly because I was getting it for my siblings. Otherwise, I wouldn't have bothered coming back.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share this experience. I ordered a BMT sandwich, but without paying attention, they made it a BLT instead. If it was supposed to be a bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich, then where's my tomato? It's disappointing for the staff to blame the customer when, regardless of the mistake, the sandwich wasn't made correctly. When I requested a refund, they refused. It's unfortunate, but I will not return to this restaurant, especially since I just moved here six months ago.
I like they're BLT, an Chicken, Bacon, n Ranch Sandwiches..., and very nice employees that work there...
