Its always something wrong with this place. Should just shut down and find a different means of income since franchise ownership is not their forte.Food: 3/5
Very bad customer service to busy on their phone then touching food. Gave me a line mayonnaise and said they would have to go to the back to get more. THEY ARE VERY LAZY 0/10 DON’T RECOMMEND
Located within the Walmart.. traditional subway but business within another business. All the same bread or unbreads,6 or footlongs. I love chicken bacon ranch but I went with steak onion teriyaki as is and I only encourage others to implore your sandwich makers to go heavier on the extra freebies like onions, peppers and sauce they were trying to be a little tight with otherwise clean environment and chatty staff.
The manager has no idea how to run the store. I placed a order on line, went there to get my order he said he didn't have my order I was like are you sure he said yes. I left at 1230 the manager calls me and says are you picking up your order. It was 30 minutes from when I asked to pick it up. I said to him you told me you didn't have my order he claims 10 minutes after I left he got the order. That does not make any sense and neither did he. I would not recommend you go here as I will not go back here. They also took my money even though I didn't get my sandwiches.
I payed for extra cheese and I didn’t get ANY. When I called to complain the lady got an attitude and told me there wasn’t a manager on duty. Why is there no manager that’s kinda weird.
