I had a fantastic meal on Saturday with my daughters. My daughter and I both ordered the tenderloin, which the chef cooked to perfection—I'd even say it was better than Manny's! My older daughter really enjoyed the tomato pepper soup and salad combo; I'm pretty sure she savored every bite! We finished off our lunch with two delightful desserts. If you're looking for a delicious dining experience, make sure to visit Salt Cellar soon. Our server, Mark, also did an excellent job.
I enjoyed the tableside Caesar salad and vegetable platter. However, the steak was cooked much more than I had expected. The waitstaff were very friendly, though.
The Salt Cellar is not inexpensive, but it is a top quality dining experience for those occasions when you don't mind paying a little more to get the best.
We have not been here before- but we will go back. The food was...so. good. In fact my husband asked to speak to the chef- and he came out and shared so much interesting information about how the food was chosen and prepared. He is passionate about what he does. It is also cool that you can watch the kitchen through a glass partition from both inside the restaurant and from outside on the street (large glass window). We had a wonderful evening. (and save room for dessert- we tried both Pavlova and Boston Cream Pie and they were fantastic)
