Tim Hortons - Saint Paul

My 92-year-old parents recently visited the drive-thru for coffee, but they didn't stop to place their order. Instead of recognizing that they were seniors, the staff instructed them to go through the line again. This is simply poor service.

I visited the restroom and found it to be unclean, with dust on the baseboards. As a result, I decided not to place an order.

The food was typical of Tim Hortons but the entire cooking space was filthy, especially the floor. Almost canceled my order once I got to the side counter. Lots of staff and not overly busy, no reason for the mess.

The service here is horable. The wait time is absolutely rediculose for 2 drinks and 2 wraps I waited 25 minutes! I have stoped coming here as this happens all the time. The wait is horable they mess up ur food all the time. Constantly.

The most unfriendly morning employee I've ever encountered. The service was terrible. It seems like the employees can't be bothered to walk a few feet to make sandwiches in the morning. The excuse was that they were short-staffed. It's unfortunate, as this is the only coffee shop in this small town.
