Beautiful new decoration and atmosphere. But unfortunately, lunch was under the average, the starter was mean, half a boiled egg and some salad. The main course was nice, but lasted 45 minutes to arrive. The staff was friendly by the service is mysterious.

On the way to St. Jean-Pied-de-Port we stayed the night in Pau and discovered this beautiful place in the center of Pau, which is managed by very nice people. They do small dishes tapas / pinxtos in the local and Spanish tradition and they tasted very good.... The price-performance ratio is very good. Recommended!

Je ne saurais dire combien de fois j'ai manger à l'Estanquet (le midi). Les plats sont très bon (particulièrement les lasagnes au saumon), à un prix plus que raisonnable et un service de qualité !

Nous ne connaissions pas les tapas et sommes alles dans ce bar grace a tripadvisor. Merci. Accueil super sympa. Explications claires. Carte avec du choix sans etre interminable. Plats choisis super bons. Tarifs raisonnables. Si nous revenons a PAU on reviendra manger.
