Sandbar Beach - Saint Pete Beach

This family-friendly beach bar has decent service, but the gas fire pits emit a noticeable gas odor when in use.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! Margarita and Cortez were our favorite bartenders. They kept us laughing all night and were exceptional at making drinks! However, the following nights were a bit disappointing when we had Colleen as our bartender. She wasn't very friendly, the drinks weren't up to par, and she unexpectedly shut down the mixed drink machine before 10 pm, despite there being about 30 people still there. If it weren't for that, I would have given a full 5 stars. Nonetheless, I’m giving 4 stars for the fantastic experience we had with Cortez and Margarita; it would have been a perfect 5 if we could have enjoyed more nights with them!

We decided to visit the Sand Bar on a whim, and we're so glad we did! We had a fantastic time chatting with other guests. Even though it rained, we didn't mind at all. Meg Cortez really made our experience enjoyable with her jokes and drink recommendations. I feel like we tried almost half the menu! I HIGHLY recommend this place for cocktails on the beach.

Patrick provided us with outstanding service! The bar and beach areas offer a lot of fun for evening barhopping, and The Sandbar, with its comfortable sofas and fire tables, is a perfect spot to unwind after sunset.

This restaurant is located right on the beach and offers a lively atmosphere. It's a great spot for a quick bite to eat and to enjoy a drink. The turkey club was fantastic! The portions are generous, making it easy to share this sandwich.
