Andy's Frozen Custard - Saint Peters

Drive thru was a bit of a wait. Staff were nice. Shake was subpar, unfortunately ???? Not sure if I caught them on an off day or if the quality has changed. My only other experience is of their Lake Ozark/Osage Beach location years ago.

Always the best frozen flavors! The new pumpkin pie concrete is to die for! With chunks of real pumpkin pie and pie crust crumbles!! Great service! Their drive through has been updated with an associate taking orders before the window. They would benefit by adding a two way speaker like most other restaurants.

We just drove through Andy's and had the sweetest girl take our order. When we went to order hard shell on our sundaes she informed us that company policy is no hard shell allowed on a sundae. She apologized and was so kind to offer a concrete with hard shell. To say I am disappointed in Andy's is an understatement, not the sweet girl who was following company policy. I love stopping by Andy's for a special treat! I especially enjoy Tyson's excellent customer service and getting greeted by his smile!

Tried it for the 1st time. So many choices. Getting a pint to go was easy choice.
