Indie Eatery - Saint Peters

We definitely need more spots like this in St. Peters! The menu is packed with vibrant flavors. I had some of the best Belgian waffles I've ever tasted, and I can't wait to go back. It's more of a boutique than a traditional dinner spot, so seating is a bit limited. The cold brew coffee was excellent, and I'm excited to try their smoothies next time. The establishment is also very environmentally conscious, which is a great bonus!

This restaurant is truly fantastic and a hidden gem in Saint Peters. The menu is carefully crafted and sustainable, offering vegan and vegetarian options, as well as choices for those seeking more traditional fare. I tried the compost nachos, which you can see in the photo. They were served in a biodegradable container with a wooden utensil. The prices are quite comparable to places like QDOBA or Panera Bread. Additionally, the iced chai tea I had was exceptional.

The owners are U.S. Air Force veterans who really know what they're doing! Indie Eatery offers a delicious, healthy, and eco-friendly dining experience. I sampled the Compost Nachos and the Future Greens Smoothie, and I was thoroughly impressed. I can't wait to return and explore more items on the menu. See you again soon!

My husband and I looooove Indie Eatery. The food is absolutely delicious and the B Energy smoothie is one of the best smoothies we?ve ever had. The waffles are always so fresh and the chicken tacos are amazing! Shannon is also always so welcoming and knowledgeable about her menu. We?ve gone 2 weekends in a row and will definitely make many more trips!

Amazing waffles! They came with no syrup and they were so good no syrup was needed. Nashville hot chicken and waffles was the special the day we went and it was great. Also try the future greens and b-energy smoothies. They were delicious!
