The Corner Pub - Saint Petersburg

I have visited this place not for the first time because other bars are full, and I need to have a chat with my friends. This time they served me Maisel Wiese Original beer, but it was sour. Apparently, due to low turnover, it had gone bad. Unfortunately, after that, I had stomachache for a day. I cannot comment on the food as I only ordered some peanuts.

The garlic sauce is just plain ketchup, and they don't inform you about this. A burger costing 600 rubles is served on a bun that is worse than what you'd find at McDonald's; it is sponge-like and falls apart easily in your hands. The men's restroom is not clearly labeled, there is no separate sink, and you have to wait in line at the toilet to wash your hands. The staff awkwardly offers to refill your drinks, asking "shall we pour more?" We were expecting a level of quality at least similar to Blackwood, where prices are comparable but the service and food quality are much higher. Unfortunately, the food, service, and atmosphere all rated a 1 out of 5.

I love everything: the interior, service, cuisine, and beer. Well done!

Delicious menu. Service is very fast. The marinated eggs are delightful! The atmosphere is very cozy. The seats near the fireplace are atmospheric.

I visited this restaurant twice. The first visit was pleasant, so I decided to come back for a second time. I ordered the Denver steak, but the waiter informed me that they did not have it available and offered me a different steak instead. The replacement steak was disappointing and not enjoyable at all. When I complained, I was told that it was Brazilian steak and no changes could be made to my order. I was very disappointed with the service and food quality. I have decided not to return to this restaurant again.
